These seasoned potatoes use a few simple herbs and spices to season the potatoes they are then baked to perfection in the oven but you can also roast them in the air fryer.
I like that they are versatile and can be served with any food for any occasion. Some occasions that they can be served include Sunday dinner, Easter, weeknight dinner, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. They can be served with chicken, steak, lamb, fish, or any meat, and vegetables. It can also be served as a snack or appetizer. We like serving it with chicken, and baked veggies.

Potatoes- I like to use Maris Piper potatoes but you can use any type of potatoes from King Edwards, to baking potatoes, Desiree, Yukon gold, and more.
Paprika- Smoked, sweet, or regular paprika works fine.
Garlic powder- This can be substituted for garlic granules.
Onion granules- This can also be substituted for onion powder.
Rosemary
Parsley
Black pepper
Salt
Oil- Use Olive oil, vegetable, or sunflower oil.

How To Make Seasoned Potatoes Wedges
Use a peeler to peel the skin off the potatoes (This step is optional and you can leave the skin on if you prefer)
Cut the potatoes into wedges (First, place a potato flat on its side. Use a sharp knife to cut the potato in half lengthwise then cut the half into halves to get quarters. Place each quarter side up, and slice the center of the quarter down to form a wedge)
Wash the potatoes with clean water and drain.
Add the wedges into a bowl and pat them dry with paper towels.
Add the paprika, rosemary, onion granules, parsley, garlic granules, black pepper, salt, and olive oil. Mix all together till well combined.
Transfer the seasoned wedges to a baking tray. Arrange in a single layer with spaces in between them.
Put the baking tray in the oven and bake wedges at 400F/200C for 25-30 minutes or until cooked tender and fluffy inside.
Bring out the tray.

This depends on the size of the wedges and the temperature of the oven, or air fryer. The hotter the oven, the quicker the potatoes cook however you want to cook it at the right temperature so it cooks both on the inside and outer without burning.
Typically, how long to roast potato wedges in the oven is 30 minutes at a temperature of 400F/200C.
How long to roast potato wedges in the air fryer is 25 minutes.
It is cooked when the inside is tender and fluffy and the outer crisp. You can insert a fork into one of them to test for doneness.

Let the wedges cool completely then pack them into a sealable bowl or Ziploc then store them in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
They can be reheated from chilled or frozen. Reheat in the oven, microwave, or air fryer for best results.
To reheat in the oven- Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray and spread them out in a single layer. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes or until heated through and outer crispy.
To reheat in the microwave- Transfer to a microwave-safe plate and microwave the potatoes at 30-second intervals till heated through.
How to reheat in the air fryer- Transfer the wedges to the air fryer basket and spread them out in a single layer. Air fry at a temperature of 180C/380F for 4-6 minutes or until heated through.
Use leftover wedges in bakes, and soups.

- After rinsing the wedges, drain them and pat dry with paper towels before adding seasoning.
