Potatoes-I used Maris Piper. You can use any type of potatoes like Yukon gold, Russet potatoes, and Desiree.

How To Air Fry Crispy Potatoes
Here's how to make crispy potatoes in air fryer:
Choose whether to peel or not peel the potatoes. I like to peel potatoes for this recipe however I have done it other times without peeling with good results. If not peeling the skin, ensure you wash it well.
Cut the potatoes into about 1-2 inch bite sizes.
Transfer them into a bowl, wash and pat them dry with paper towels.
Add the paprika, parsley, rosemary, cornmeal, garlic granules, onion granules, black pepper, olive oil, and salt.
Toss to coat the potatoes in the seasoning mix.
Pour potatoes into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400F/200C for 10 minutes.
Bring out the basket, shake it to stir the potatoes, and continue to air fry for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outer and tender inside.
Bring out, serve, and enjoy.
How Long To Cook Potatoes In Air Fryer
This depends on factors such as the size, cut, type of potatoes, quantity in the basket, type of air fryer, wattage, and if the air fryer is preheated or not.
Generally, How long to cook potatoes in air fryer is between 15-25 minutes.
Bite-sized potatoes will cook faster than bigger-sized ones like whole potatoes.
If cut into 1-2 inch cubes, it takes 20 minutes to cook and crisp.
When you're making a recipe for the first time, I advise you to check on it often so as not to overcook it. If undercooked, you can always add more time.

When the potatoes are cool completely, Transfer them to an airtight container or Ziploc bag, label then put it in the fridge where it will store well for up to 3 days. If you want to store it for longer, then put it in the freezer where it will keep well for up to 4 months.
When you are ready to eat it, bring it out and reheat it in the air fryer, oven, or in the microwave.
To reheat in the air fryer: Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at a temperature of 390F/190C for 4 minutes or till they are warmed through.
To reheat in the oven- Arrange the potatoes in a baking paper lined tray, put the tray in the oven, and reheat at a temperature of 200C/400F for 8 minutes or until it's heated through.
