You can use skinless bone in or skinless boneless chicken thighs for this recipe. You only need to cook for a few minutes longer if using bone in.

How To Cook Garlic Chicken Thighs
In a small bowl mix the paprika, black pepper, parsley, thyme, salt, and garlic powder. Mix till well combined.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season generously with the spice mix. Rub it all over the chicken thighs.
Place a frying pan on the stove on medium heat and add olive oil into it.
Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in the frying pan.
Cook the chicken for 5 minutes without moving them.
After the 3 minutes, flip the chicken and cook them for another 3-5 minutes.
Add in the garlic, butter, and parsley. When melted, drizzle on the chicken then add chicken stock into the pan.
Cook for 3 minutes or till the chicken is cooked through.

Cook Garlic Chicken Thighs In Oven
It can be made in the oven. To make it in the oven:
Add paprika, black pepper, parsley, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix till combined.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Brush the seasoning paste all over the chicken thighs covering all the areas.
Line a baking tray with a baking paper. Arrange the chicken thighs on the tray and place it the oven.
Bake at temperature of 400F/200C for 20-25 minutes.
Bring out the chicken then add the garlic butter on the chicken.
Put it back in the oven and continue to bake it for another 5 minutes or till garlic butter melted.
Air Fryer Garlic Chicken Thighs
To make it in the air fryer:
After seasoning, arrange the chicken thighs in the air fryer in a single layer without overlapping.
Air fry at 400F/200C for 15-20 minutes.
Bring out of the air fryer and immediately top with the garlic butter.
