How To Bake Boneless Chicken Thighs- Step by Step Instructions
Preheat the oven: Raise the oven rack one level above the middle. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make the seasoning: Mix together the paprika, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Season: Pat dry the chicken thighs and add the seasoning to them. Ensure they are all covered with the seasoning mix.
Bake: Arrange the chicken thighs smooth side up on a baking tray, then put the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake chicken thighs at a temperature of 400F/200C.
When it's cooked, bring the baking tray out of the oven, and leave the chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes.
You can coat chicken thighs in marinades like honey garlic, BBQ sauce, peri peri sauce, or any other delicious marinades.

How Long To Bake Boneless Chicken Thighs In The Oven
How long to bake chicken thighs depends on the size, oven temperature, and if using boneless skinless or bone-in chicken thighs. Follow the below guide for cooking time:
How long to bake boneless chicken thighs at 400F/200C is 25 - 30 minutes.
For how long to cook boneless chicken thighs at 350F/175C is 30 - 35 minutes.
At 425F/ 220C degrees Fahrenheit bake for 20-25 minutes.
So, how long to bake boneless skinless chicken thighs is between 25 - 40 minutes depending on oven temperature and size of the chicken.
For bone in chicken thighs, add additional 5 - 10 minutes to the cooking time.
Check the chicken after 20 minutes if they're small sizes. If they're really large pieces, it could take up to 40 minutes to thoroughly cook them. Ensure the internal temperature is at least 165F at the thickest point when checked with an instant thermometer.

Potatoes - Potato side dishes like air fryer potatoes, fried potatoes, Parmentier potatoes are good choices to pair with chicken thighs.

To store: Put them into an airtight container or Ziploc then store it in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
How to Reheat: You can reheat it in the oven, air fryer, microwave, or on the stove. To reheat in the oven: Arrange the chicken thighs on a baking tray and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180C for 5 minutes or till they are heated through.
In the microwave: Arrange on a microwave-safe plate and sprinkle two tablespoons of water on the chicken then heat on high settings for 1.5 minutes or till the chicken are warmed through. The water added to it will form steam in it, and keep the thighs moist and tender.
