My love for chicken legs quarters in it’s full glory (bone in, skin on) is on another level. I personally think this is the best part of chicken after chicken wings ofcourse. The ingredients for this recipe are:
Pat chicken legs dry with kitchen towel to remove excess moisture and put in a bowl.
Add in all the other ingredients.
Mix well making sure the rub gets into all parts. Leave to sit for 5 minutes. If you have enough time you can cover the bowl with cling film and put in the fridge for the chicken to marinate for longer.
Place baking sheet /parchment paper on a baking tray and arrange the marinated chicken legs on it.
Put the chicken tray in the oven and bake till golden brown.

- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
