Steak- I use Sirloin steak as it is typically used for making steak tips but any good quality steak like rib eye, tenderloin, New York, and flank can also be used.
Steak rub - Mix of paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, parsley, and oregano.
Black pepper- Use freshly ground if available.

How To Cook Steak Tips

Add the steak pieces into a bowl and pat dry with paper towels.
Pour in the paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, parsley, oregano, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
Mix till well combined.
Place a skillet on medium heat.
Add oil to the skillet and heat.
When heated, add the seasoned or marinated steak tips into the pan in a single layer without overcrowding the skillet (Cook in batches if required).

Typically it takes as little as 2-5 minutes to cook steak tips in a pan on the stovetop.
I like mine well done and this takes 4-5 minutes.
Medium rare - 3-4 minutes
Rare- 2 minutes
