    This easy steak marinade recipe is quick, simple, and packed full of flavor. This best marinade for steak made with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, olive oil, herbs, and spices does the work of tenderizing steak, making it juicy and flavorful when grilled, air-fried, pan fried, or baked. It's perfect for all types be it rib eye, sirloin, New York, or flank.

    This easy steak marinade is the best and takes just 5 minutes to put together. It is the best steak marinade not only because it is easy, and quick, but it tenderizes steak, making it juicy and flavor-packed giving you restaurant-worthy steak that you will love.

    This marinade can be used on all types of Steak from sirloin steak to flank steak, skirt steak, beef medallion, and rib eye.

    It uses less than 10 ingredients that are commonly found in the kitchen cupboard. They are inexpensive, easily accessible pantry ingredients.

    This tenderizing steak marinade is a perfect combination of acidic juice, spices, herbs, and oil that tenderizes the meat and enhances the flavor.

    This is a simple recipe that doesn't require much to put together. Minimal effort, minimal tools- You need just a small bowl, measuring cup, and measuring spoons to make it.

    There are many ways to season and marinate steak but this marinade is the best because:

    It uses a few simple ingredients.

    This is a simple steak marinade without balsamic vinegar. It simply uses lemon juice.

    It can be made in 5 minutes, and stores well.

    How To Make Steak Marinade

    This steak marinade is made with ingredients that does what a good marinade should do. It is easy, and quick to make. Here's how to make it:

    Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, onion granules, salt, and olive oil into a bowl.

    Mix till it is well combined.

    Use immediately or store it in the fridge or freezer for later use.

    How To Marinate Steak

    Clean and pat the steak dry with paper towels.

    Add the steaks into a Ziploc bag or bowl then add the steak marinade.

    Gently massage the Ziploc to cover the steak in the marinade. Zip the bag or if marinating in a bowl, cover the bowl with clingfilm.

    Put the Ziploc or bowl in the fridge and let the steaks marinate for 30 minutes up to 12 hours.

    Bring out the steak and cook as desired.

    How Long To Marinate Steak

    It's best to marinate steak for at least 30 minutes. If you have the time, you can marinate for longer up to 8 hours in the fridge. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.

    When ready to cook it, bring it out of the fridge and let it get to room temperature before cooking. It can be cooked from frozen in the air fryer.

    Do not marinate for too long as steak can become mushy and unsafe to eat when food safety guidelines are not adhered to.

    How long to cook marinated steaks depends on the method of cooking, if cooking to rare, medium, or well done. If pan frying, cooking time is 1-4 minutes on each side. If air frying, 8-12 minutes.

It takes between 3-8 minutes to cook depending on the level of doneness required. Let the steak rest for some minutes before cutting into it. This is so that the juice has time to redistribute inside.

    Air Fryer Steak- Air frying steak is easy and it's a healthy way of cooking marinated steak. To air fry, put the marinated steaks in the air fryer basket, set the air fryer to a temperature of 200C/400F, and air fry the steak for 5- 10 minutes based on how rare or well done you want it. Bring steak out of the air fryer, and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into it.

    Grilled Steak- Grilled marinated steak turns out great when done right. After marinading, let the steak come to room temperature. Fire up the grill, place steak on the grill pa and cook till you acheive desired result.

    This easy marinade for steak can be made ahead and stored in the fridge or freezer. To store, put in an airtight container, label, and store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

    When ready to use, bring it out, let it thaw in the fridge, stir till all the ingredients are well combined then proceed to use it.

    To store marinated steak: Put the steak and marinade in a Ziploc, put the Ziploc in the fridge, and store for up to 24 hours in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
