I used a simple steak dry rub to make these. The steak seasoning mix includes ginger, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, and paprika. Another homemade Steak seasoning you can use is this homemade steak seasoning that is packed full of flavor. You can also just season with simple salt and pepper or any of your favorite rub.
To season steaks, pat them dry, brush olive oil all over the steaks, and sprinkle the seasoning on the steak on all sides. Let it sit for 5 minutes or more, before cooking.

Here's how to cook Sirloin Steak in Air fryer:
Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel.
Brush all the sides lightly with olive oil then sprinkle the steak rub all over the steaks ensuring all sides are covered in the rub.
Arrange the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Set air fryer to 200C/400F and air fry sirloin steak for 10-12 minutes. Flip the steak with a tong halfway through cooking.
Bring them out of the basket, and leave them to rest for a few minutes before cutting into them.

Steak can be reheated in the air fryer, or microwave from frozen without having to thaw first. To reheat, bring steak out of the fridge or freezer, remove the packaging and arrange in the air fryer. Set the air fryer temperature to 160C/320F and air fry for 3-4 minutes or till warmed through depending on the size of the steak, whether it was stored in the fridge or freezer, and the thickness of the steak.
To reheat in the microwave- Remove all packaging, place on a microwave-safe plate, cover, and heat on high power at 30 seconds intervals till steaks are warmed through.
