Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels.
If the potatoes are not equal sizes, you can cut some to get similar sizes so they cook evenly.
Add the potatoes into a bowl then add the paprika, thyme, parsley, rosemary, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and oil to the potatoes.
Mix well to coat the potatoes in the seasoning.

In the freezer: Place in a Ziploc or a sealable container, label with name and dates, and store in the freezer where it will keep well for up to 6 months.
How To Reheat
In the Air fryer - Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket or in the oven style rack or tray, air fry at 180C/370F for 4-6 minutes or until heated through to how you like it.
Microwave - Put the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate and heat on high power for 2 minutes, check and if not warmed through, microwave on high at 30 seconds interval till warmed through.
In the oven- Line the baking tray with parchment paper then place the potatoes on it. bake in a preheated oven at 180C/360F for 10 minutes until heated through.
