Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
Make the marinade by mixing the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, rosemary, oregano, onion granules, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce (optional).

Massage the marinade in, cover and put it in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
Preheat oven to a temperature of 200C.
