Potatoes- Use any good potatoes. Some that I have used with this recipe with great results are Maris Piper, King Edwards, White potatoes, and Red potatoes. Russet and Yukon Gold are good choices.
Herbs- I used rosemary and parsley. You can add any other herb you like with potatoes.
Garlic - Garlic granules but it can be substituted for garlic powder.
Onion granules
Black pepper- This can be substituted for white pepper or Cayenne.
Paprika- I like to add this for color.
Self raising Flour- This is optional. Leave it out for gluten-free potatoes.
Salt
Olive oil

Here are the step-by-step instructions on making crispy diced potatoes in oven:
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
Cut the potatoes into ½-inch cubes.
Add the potatoes to a bowl, rinse, and pat dry with kitchen towels.
Add oil, parsley, rosemary, garlic granules, onion granules, paprika, self-raising flour, salt and black pepper.
Toss till the potatoes are well coated in the seasoning.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray.
Bake cubed potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
