Ingredients
Here are what you will need to make it:
Rice- I use easy cook long grain rice. You can substitute it for basmati rice if you prefer.
Butter- Salted or unsalted butter works fine.
Seasoning- This is a mix of paprika, thyme, parsley, black pepper, and garlic granules (quantity in the recipe card at the bottom of this post).
Onion- Use either Brown onion, Yellow, red, or white onion.
Stockpot - I used a chicken stock pot which I added with water to make chicken broth. You can substitute for chicken stock cubes. You can also substitute for beef stock.
Olive oil- This can be substituted for vegetable, sunflower, or canola oil.

How To Store and Reheat
Let the rice cool completely, pack it in an airtight container, label and then store it in the fridge where it can last for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
To reheat it in the microwave - Transfer the rice to a microwaveable plate, cover it, and microwave on high settings for 1-3 minutes till it's well heated.
To reheat it on the stove top - transfer the rice to a pan, add a sprinkle of water, cover the pot tightly, and cook it on low heat till the rice is hot and the water is dried.
