Helpful Tips
Want the crispiest roasted carrots and potatoes out of your air fryer? Here are a bunch of tips to help you get the best results:
- Cut the veggies into equal sizes so they cook evenly.
- Don't overcrowd the basket: I always tell this to my readers, and I couldn't emphasize it more. Overcrowding the basket can cause poor air circulation, resulting in uneven cooking and no crisp. If need be, cook in batches.
- Experiment with other herbs: You can add other herbs like thyme and Oregano.
Storage and Reheating
Let the potatoes and carrots cool completely, then transfer them into an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Reheat in the air fryer or microwave till warmed through to the inside. Once reheated, don't refreeze.
