Remove the chicken from the packaging.
Mix the herbs, spices, and oil in a bowl.

Arrange the chicken in the air fryer in a single layer without overcrowding.
Air fry frozen boneless chicken thighs for 10 minutes, then flip with a tong then continue to air fry for another 10 minutes or until cooked through.
