How To Make Chicken Wings Marinade
Measure out Paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, parsley, thyme, cumin, black pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and olive oil into a clean bowl.
Mix till all are well combined.

How To Marinate Chicken Wings
If you have whole wings and prefer to cut them in drummettes, flats, and tips before marinating, do this by using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors to cut the wings into drummettes, flats, and wing tips. You can discard the wing tips if you wish.
Clean the wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
Add them into a bowl or Ziploc.
Add the marinade to the bowl and rub on the wings covering all in the marinade.
Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Bring out the chicken, and cook as desired.

How Long To Marinate Chicken Wings
How long to marinate chicken wings depends on the time you have before having to cook them. It can be marinated for as little as 30 minutes up to 12 hours. The longer it's marinated, the more it absorbs the flavors of the marinade and tenderizes.
It is best when marinated for 4 to 12 hours.

To cook it in the Air Fryer- Arrange marinated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, and air fry at a temperature of 390F/190C for 22 minutes. Turning the wings halfway through.
It is cooked when the internal temperature reaches at least 165F/74C when checked with an instant meat thermometer. Wings should be tender inside and the skin golden brown.

Storing the marinade: Transfer the marinade into a sealable container, label it, then store it in the fridge where it will store well for up to 48 hours, or store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To store marinated wings: Transfer the wings into a Ziploc then label it with name and dates, and place the bag in the freezer where it will keep well for up to 3 months. When ready to cook, bring it out and thaw before cooking or cook it from frozen.
