Easy Honey Soy Chicken Wings
This honey soy chicken is easy to make and this recipe is simple and straightforward. You're guaranteed a delicious appetizer that is sure to be a crowd-pleaser or you can serve with side dish of choice for a perfect dinner.
These crispy honey soy chicken wings are baked to perfection then tossed in the sweet, sticky sauce to give brown glazed flavorful wings.
I like to bake instead of frying as baking is not only healthier, it takes less effort and you save on calories. You can, however, fry or deep fry the chicken if you prefer.
This recipe makes use of flats and drummettes parts of the wings. You can buy the ready cut pack from the store or cut them yourself. Check this instant pot chicken wings post where I detailed how to cut and I included video tutorial.

To defrost from frozen, put it in the fridge to thaw.
You can reheat from frozen in the microwave or oven. If reheating in the oven, put the wings on an oven tray and bake at a temperature of 350F for 10 minutes or till heated. Serve and enjoy.
Tips
- Make my homemade chicken seasoning and use it to marinate the wings instead. This saves you time when making the recipe another time.
- If you have the time, leave the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes or more before baking.
- Line the oven tray with foil or baking sheet to make the tray easier to clean.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- You can double the ingredients for the sauce if you'd like it saucier.
