    Injectable Turkey Marinade

Big birds benefit from injecting marinade into them. To make this marinade injectable, it has to be fluid to be able to pass through the injector. To do this, add the turkey marinade plus some water or broth into a blender and blend till smooth and light. You can then inject it into some parts of the turkey.

    How To Marinate Turkey

First, thaw the turkey if frozen.

Pat the turkey dry with a paper towel.

Rub the whole turkey with the marinade not forgetting to marinate inside the cavity, and under the skin.

When all parts are marinated, cover the turkey with a foil and put it in the fridge to marinate for 4 hours up to 24 hours.

    How Long To Marinate Turkey

It's best to marinate turkey for at least 4-12 hours. Although the best outcome is when it is marinated for 24 hours but not exceeding 48 hours.

Bring out the turkey 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to get to room temperature before roasting or frying.

This marinade can be stored in the fridge or in the freezer.

To store in the fridge, put the marinade in an airtight container and put it in the fridge where it will store well for up to 24hours.
