    What is Omelette

Omelette is a simple egg dish that is made from beaten eggs and fillings like onions, cheese, tomatoes, peppers and other ingredients. It does not require stirring or scrambling like scrambled eggs. Omelette also sometimes spelled omelet comes out in one large mass and is usually eaten as breakfast or brunch.
There are different variations of omelette accross countries. For example, there's Italian Frittatta, spanish omelette called spanish tortilla, french omelette, the United States denver omelet also known as Southern omelet and western omelet. I have made them all and can tell you they are delicious, high in protein and filling.

It looks great. I am a Instant Pot Newbie and am wondering what your opinion would be if I used only 3 eggs, how much time would it take?

Thank you. It won't have the height if you use 3 eggs unless you use a smaller pan. I haven't tried with 3 eggs yet so not sure about the timing.
