    Ingredients

    • 300 g Carrots
    • Pepper and Salt to taste
    • 1 tablespoon Butter

    Instructions

    • Scrape and cut up the carrots into slices or cubes
    • Pour water to a pot, and bring to boil.
    • Add salt then add in the carrots. Boil for 3 minutes or untill tender then take the pot off the heat.
    • Drain the water completely and immediately add butter, pepper, and salt. Toss them together in the pot.
