If using frozen fillets, run them under water to deglaze before patting dry.

Air salmon at a temperature of 200C/400F for 6-12 minutes depending on the size and if cooking from frozen.

How long to cook salmon at a temperature of 400F/200C is 6-8 minutes. If cooking from frozen, add additional 2-3 minutes.
How long to cook salmon in air fryer at 375F is 8-10 minutes.
Air fried salmon is cooked when a fork is inserted and it's flaky and tender. Avoid overcooking the fish so it doesn't dry out.

How To Store
To store leftover, leave it to cool completely before putting it in an airtight container or a Ziploc then put it in the fridge where it will keep well for up to 2 days.
In the freezer: Put in an airtight container or Ziploc, label, and store in the freezer where it will keep in the freezer for 3 months.
To reheat - Reheat it in the air fryer, microwave or oven.
To reheat in the air fryer, place the fillet in the Air fryer basket and air fry at a temperature of 170C for 2 minutes adding additional time in 1 minute till it's heated through. Be careful not to dry out the fish.
Once reheated, don't refreeze.
