How To Cook Sea Bass In Air Fryer
Clean and pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels.
Add paprika, parsley, garlic granules, onion granules, black pepper, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice into a small bowl. Mix till well combined.
Brush the marinade all over the fish fillets on all sides.
Arrange the fillets skin side down in the air fryer in a single layer leaving space between them.
Air fry at a temperature of 190C/390C for 8 minutes. No need to flip the fish.
Bring out of the air fryer and serve.
How To Cook Frozen Sea Bass In Air Fryer
To cook it from frozen, follow the below instructions:
Bring out the frozen sea bass
Run under the tap to deglaze
Pat dry with paper towels
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl to make the marinade
Brush the marinade all over the fillets.
Arrange in the air fryer and air fry at 390F/190C for 10 minutes or till it's cooked.
How Long To Cook Sea Bass In Air Fryer
This is determined by factors such as the size of the fish, the temperature, and wattage of the AF. For example, whole sea bass will take longer to cook than fillets.
How long to cook Sea bass in air fryer is 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 390F/190C.
It's best to cook skin side down in the air fryer and no need to flip the fish during cooking.
