    Sea Bass - I used European sea bass but you can use Chilean Sea bass, black sea bass, or White Bass.

    Paprika

    Garlic granules

    Onion granules

    How To Cook Sea Bass In Air Fryer

    Clean and pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels.

    Add paprika, parsley, garlic granules, onion granules, black pepper, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice into a small bowl. Mix till well combined.

    Brush the marinade all over the fish fillets on all sides.

    Arrange the fillets skin side down in the air fryer in a single layer leaving space between them.

    Air fry at a temperature of 190C/390C for 8 minutes. No need to flip the fish.

    Bring out of the air fryer and serve.

    How To Cook Frozen Sea Bass In Air Fryer

    To cook it from frozen, follow the below instructions:

    Bring out the frozen sea bass

    Run under the tap to deglaze

    Pat dry with paper towels

    Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl to make the marinade

    Brush the marinade all over the fillets.

    Arrange in the air fryer and air fry at 390F/190C for 10 minutes or till it's cooked.

    How Long To Cook Sea Bass In Air Fryer

    This is determined by factors such as the size of the fish, the temperature, and wattage of the AF. For example, whole sea bass will take longer to cook than fillets.

    How long to cook Sea bass in air fryer is 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 390F/190C.

    It's best to cook skin side down in the air fryer and no need to flip the fish during cooking.

    You don't need to preheat the air fryer for this recipe. However, if you decide to do so, the fish might cook a couple of minutes quicker.

    Check the fish at 6 minutes and adjust the time accordingly.

    If cooking sea bass from frozen, add additional 2-3 minutes.

    It is cooked when a meat thermometer inserted reads 145F/63C. The fish should be tender and moist with crispy skin.

    It can be served with many sides. Some recommendations of what to serve with are:

    Air fryer sliced potatoes, Air fryer red potatoes, Boiled potatoes

    Jollof Rice, yellow rice

    Creamy Tomato Pasta

    Boiled Zucchini, Boiled Asparagus, boiled cabbage.

    How To Store

    When it's completely cool, pack it in an airtight container, label and store it in the fridge where it will keep well for up to 3 days or in the freezer for 3 months.

    Reheat it in the air fryer or microwave.

    To reheat in the air fryer, Arrange the fish in the air fryer basket and air fryer for 4 minutes or until warmed through.
