    Serving Suggestion

Pasta curry is a main meal and filling on its own. However, it pairs well with some side dishes like cucumber tomato salad, Air fryer vegetables, boiled carrots, baked vegetables, and pan fried vegetables.

Also, breads like dinner rolls, garlic bread, and quick bread pair well with it.

    Storage and Reheating

To store, put the remaining cooled portions in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge. It will keep well in the fridge for up to three days.

To reheat, put it on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle it with 1-2 tablespoons of water, and microwave for 2 minutes or until it's warmed through. Alternatively, place leftover portions in a pan, add a few tablespoons of water, and heat over medium heat until warmed.

    Expert Tips

    • Cut the chicken into uniform pieces so they all cook evenly. Ensure they are completely cooked before you add the pasta and combine.
    • You can experiment with different types of pasta. Make sure you follow the cooking times on the box because they can vary for different types.
    • You can use gluten-free pasta alternatives.
    • Adjust pepper and spices according to your taste.
