How To Make Iced Coffee With Instant Coffee
This method is what I like to use as it is easier and quicker and everything is done in a cup. Here's how to make it:
Add instant coffee and sugar to a cup.
Add about 2-3 tablespoons of warm water to dissolve the sugar and coffee. Mix with a spoon or stirrer till well dissolved and smooth.
Add ½ cup of cold water into the cup the add ice cubes.
Pour in the milk.
Stir and enjoy your cold coffee.
How To Store
It stores well and therefore can be made ahead. To store, cover the cold coffee and put it in the fridge where it will last for 2 days.
You can freeze iced coffee. To freeze, transfer it to a freezer-safe container, label it to know what it is then put it in the freezer for up to 3 months. It is even easier and better if frozen in an ice cube maker. That way you can use the coffee cubes in your future drinks.
