In a small bowl, add the salt, black pepper, parsley, cumin, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix till well combined into a paste.
Remove the frozen salmon fillets from its package and brush evenly with the seasoning paste.
Arrange the frozen salmon fillet in air fryer. Make sure that they have spaces in between them and do not overcrowd the air fryer.
Set the air fryer temperature to 390F/190C and cook for 12 -15 minutes or until cooked.After this time, carefully press on the salmon with a fork to see if done. The flesh of the salmon should flake and the edges crispy. You can also use an instant thermometer to check the internal temperature. The internal temperature of the salmon should be 145F or 62C if cooked.

No need to thaw the salmon before cooking.
If it's iced, you can deglaze by running the fillets under cold water then pat dry before applying the seasoning.
You can use any seasoning of your choice to season the salmon fillets.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer. The goal is for the air to circulate and cook the salmon fillets evenly. If overcrowded, some salmon will not be well cooked.
Cook frozen salmon with the skin side down in the air fryer.
No need to flip the fish however if you want the skin crispier, flip and air fry for another couple of minutes.
Use an instant thermometer or gently press down on the fish to know when done.
