How To Cook Frozen Salmon In Air Fryer
In a small bowl, add the salt, black pepper, parsley, cumin, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix till well combined into a paste.
Remove the frozen salmon fillets from its package and brush evenly with the seasoning paste.
Arrange the frozen salmon fillets in the air fryer. Make sure that they have spaces in between them and do not overcrowd the air fryer.
Set the air fryer temperature to 390F/180C and cook for 8-12 minutes or until cooked.
After this time, carefully press on the salmon with a fork to see if done. The flesh of the salmon should flake and the edges crispy. You can also use an instant thermometer to check the internal temperature. The internal temperature of the salmon should be 145F or 62C if cooked.

The total cooking time depends on the size and thickness of the salmon, the frozen state, and the temperature of the air fryer. Thicker salmon fillets will take longer to cook than thinner ones albeit a few minutes difference. Also, if cooked at a lower temperature than recommended, it will take a longer time to cook.

An instant thermometer or just pressing down on the salmon fish with a fork would help you know when the air fried frozen salmon is done.

The leftovers can be eaten cold. You can also chop them and add them to salads. If you prefer it warm, you can reheat it in the air fryer. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 190C/380F, and air fry for 5 minutes or until warmed to the desired internal temperature. Serve and enjoy.
Microwave: Warm the leftover salmon in the microwave by using a microwaveable plate. Place a wet paper towel over the salmon to lock in the moisture and microwave on high heat at 1-minute intervals until it is heated to the desired warmth.
