Notes
Use similar sizes of chicken if possible, if not remove the smaller pieces from the air fryer a couple of minutes before the set cooking time if it's cooked.
Adjust the herbs and spices to your taste. You can also use your favorite seasoning on the chicken. Seasonings such as cajun, jerk seasoning, and Peri Peri seasoning are great on chicken.
Don't overlap the chicken fillets. Arrange them in a single layer with spaces between them so the hot air circulates evenly and cooks them to perfection.
Ensure that the internal temperature of the chicken is cooked to at least 165F at the thickest part when checked with a meat thermometer.
You can brush chicken breast with buffalo sauce, bbq sauce, or any sauce of your choice.
Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before you cut into them.
