These garlic butter chicken thighs are crispy, juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Serve with rice, fried potatoes, vegetables, or any sides of your choice.
In a small bowl mix the paprika, black pepper, parsley, thyme, salt, and garlic powder. Mix till well combined.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season generously with the spice mix. Rub it all over the chicken thighs.
Place a frying pan on the stove on medium heat.
Add olive oil into the skillet to heat.Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in the frying pan (smooth side down).
Cook the chicken for 5 minutes without moving them.After the 5 minutes, flip the chicken and cook them for another 3-5 minutes.
Add in the garlic, butter, and parsley. When butter is melted, and the garlic is fragrant, drizzle on the chicken then add chicken broth or wine into the pan.
Cook for another few minutes until the wine or broth dries up and chicken tender.
