This instant pot noodles recipe is super easy to make. Quick, dump and go, delicious pressure cooker noodles that you can make for weeknight dinner, brunch or any time of the day. I have also included instant pot spaghetti noodles recipe in this post.
500gNoodlesspaghetti noodles , linguine or egg noodles
½cupSoy sauce
2tablespoonBrown sugar
2tablespoonSesame oil
2largeBell pepperssliced
½teaspoonBlack pepper or cayenne pepper
3sprigSpring onionschopped
1largeOnionSliced
4clovesGarlicminced
1tablespoonGingerminced
2 tablespoonOilvegetable oil, sunflower or olive oil
2-3cupsWater or no sodium brothliquid should be same level with the noodles in the instant pot

Instructions
First get all the ingredients and measure them ready.
In a bowl add the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, cayenne pepper /black pepper and stir. Set aside.
Breaknoodles or spaghetti noodles in two and add to the inner pot of the instant pot then pour the soy sauce mixture over the noodles. Make sure the noodles are soaked in the sauce or else some parts might come out uncooked. The noodles should be just covered in sauce.
Add bell peppers, onions, ginger, garlic and spring onions on top of the noodles.
Cover the instant pot with it’s lid and set to manual pressure cook high 9 minutes (see notes below for cooking time for different noodles). After this time do a quick release.
When instant pot is depressurised, open the pot then stir the content.
Serve and garnish.
