Measure out the ingredients (except chicken) into a bowl and mix till all the ingredients come together.

Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2days.
How To Cook Yogurt Marinated Chicken Breast
Clean the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels. Pound the chicken into even thickness, or slice in half to get thin pieces.
Pour the yogurt marinade on the chicken breasts and rub it all over the chicken. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Cook the chicken in the oven, air fryer, grill, or stovetop.
When cooked, rest the chicken for 5 minutes before cutting into it.
Serve and enjoy.
To Air Fry - Arrange the chicken in the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes or till the internal temperature is at least 160°F. Flip the chicken halfway through cooking.
Bake - Arrange the yoghurt marinated chicken in a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200C/400F for 25 minutes.
Pan Fry - Add oil into a pan, when heated, arrange the chicken in the pan and fry each side for 8 minutes.
If the chicken looks a bit dry on the outer while cooking, brush with some olive oil.

How long to Marinate Chicken in Yogurt
Marinate for 15- 30 minutes because this marinade contains lemon juice, and if marinated for too long, it starts to break down the chicken. Without lemon juice, the chicken can be marinated for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
What To Serve With
Here are some sides dishes suggestions to serve with yogurt chicken breast:
Sliced potatoes, baked diced potatoes,
Pan fried carrots, asparagus, air fryer vegetables
Tips
• If grilling the chicken and the outer part looks dry, baste with a bit of olive oil to keep it moist.
• Chicken breasts can be sliced in half or pounded to get even thickness before marinating and cooking.
• Use an instant read meat thermometer to test for doneness. The thickest part should be at least 165F when cooked.
• Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before cutting into it. This allows time for the juice to redistribute and locks in the juice in the chicken.
