1/4tspnOregano
1/4 tspnBlack pepper
1tbspCurry Powder
1tbspParsley

Instructions
Pat chicken legs dry with kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Put chicken legs in a bowl
Add in all the other ingredients.
Mix well making sure the rub gets into all parts. Leave to sit for 5 minutes. If you have enough time you can cover the bowl with clingfilm and put in the fridge for the chicke to marinate for longer.
Place baking sheet/ parchment paper on a baking tray and arrange the marinated chicken legs on it.
Put the chicken tray in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180 Celcius (375F) or till golden brown.
