Notes
More tips and important notes in the main post.I have used skin on, bone in chicken thighs here but you can use skinless boneless chicken thighs or chicken breasts. This recipe also works with chicken legs however the cooking time will vary slightlyEnsure the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165F/75C. This is when it is safe to eat.Use baking paper to line the tray for easier cleaning.Temperature might vary per oven type so you might have to adjust the cooking time.
