Instructions
Pat dry the chops with a paper towel and add into a bowl.
Add parsley, oregano, black pepper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix till well combined.You can put it in the fridge to marinate for 30-60 minutes but if you don't have time for that, move to the next step.
Preheat Air fryer at a temperature of 400F/200C for 5 minutes.Arrange the lamb in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Insert the basket in the air fryer and air fry lamb chops for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes flip chops to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes (This time is for well done lamb as I like it. See below for rare and medium timing).
Bring out cooked lamb and serve.

TIPS
Arrange the lamb chops in a single layer so the air fryer basket is not crowded and heat is evenly distributed.
Preheat air fryer for nicely seared lamb without overcooking.
Cooking time will vary based on your air fryer brand and the thickness of lamb chops.
Substitute olive oil for vegetable oil or sunflower
Rest the lamb chops for 5 minutes before cutting into it.
