1kg (2lb)Carrotsbaby carrots, organic carrots or whole carrots
First peel the carrots (If not peeling, scrub with sponge to remove any dirt)
Cut the carrots diagonally into equal (about 2 inches) size. Note you don't have to cut if making whole roasted carrots but roasting time will slightly be more than stated in this post.

Arrange the seasoned carrots on a baking paper covered oven tray. Put the tray in the oven and bake carrots at a temperature of 200C/ 400C for 20 minutes.
