Instructions
Add water in a pot and put on stove. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and leave to boil before adding salt and spaghetti.
Cook for 15 minutes or till spaghetti is cooked aldente. Drain and set aside
Put a wok or pan on stove, add the remaining vegetable oil then add prawns/shrimps.
Fry the prawns for 3 minutes before adding garlic, onions, mixed vegetables, mixed peppers and spring onions.
Add seasoning cubes, curry powder, dried thyme and soy sauce then add in the cooked spaghetti.
Stir and mix well before taking off heat. Best served warm.

Don't overcook the pasta
You can add in other quick-cooking vegetables like broccoli.
Adjust pepper to taste. You can also substitute black pepper for cayenne pepper or chili flakes, crushed pepper.
