Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes (Air Fryer Crispy Potatoes)
Making crispy air fryer potatoes is easy, and quick and in less than 30 minutes you have crunchy potatoes on your dinner table. This air fryer crispy potatoes recipe is a game changer! It's packed full of flavor with a golden brown crispy skin, tender, and fluffy inside. Serve with Pan fried carrots, bone in chicken thighs, air fryer sea bass, Sirloin steak, or any dish of your choice.
Choose whether to peel or not peel the potatoes. I like to peel potatoes for this recipe however I have done it other times without peeling with good results. If not peeling the skin, ensure you wash it well.
Cut the potatoes into about 1-2 inch bite sizes.
Transfer them into a bowl, wash and pat them dry with paper towels.
Add the paprika, parsley, rosemary, cornmeal, garlic granules, onion granules, black pepper, olive oil, and salt.
Toss to coat the potatoes in the seasoning mix.
Pour potatoes into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400F/200C for 10 minutes.
Bring out the basket, shake it to stir the potatoes, and continue to air fry for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outer and tender inside.
Bring out, serve, and enjoy.
Notes
Cut potatoes into equal sizes
You can use other seasonings like ranch, and roast potato seasoning.
Don't overcrowd the basket. Don't fill the basket more than one-third although it's best when in a single layer.
