This easy steak marinade recipe is quick, simple, and packed full of flavor. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, onion granules, salt, and olive oil into a bowl.

How To Marinate Steak
Clean and pat the steak dry with paper towels.
Add the steaks into a Ziploc bag or bowl then add the steak marinade.
Gently massage the Ziploc to cover the steak in the marinade. Zip the bag or if marinating in a bowl, cover the bowl with clingfilm.
Put the Ziploc or bowl in the fridge and let the steaks marinate for 30 minutes up to 12 hours.
