Air Fryer Red Potatoes (Roasted Red Potatoes In Air Fryer)
This air fryer red potatoes recipe is simply the best. These roasted red potatoes in air fryer are crispy, well seasoned, tender, and packed full of flavor. Easy, and quick to make, it's a great side dish that can be served with chicken, steak, vegetables, fish, and sauce.
Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut the potatoes into bite-size cubes of about 1.5 inch.
Add the cut potatoes into a bowl then add parsley, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, onion granules, paprika, black pepper, salt, and olive oil. Toss till potatoes are evenly coated in the seasoning.
Set the air fryer to 400F/200C.Load the potatoes in the air fryer basket (For the best results do not overload the air fryer basket. Do not fill the basket more than half to allow for an even distribution of hot air).
Air fry potatoes at 400F/200C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, bring out the basket and shake the potatoes. Return the basket and continue air frying for another 10-12 minutes at the same temperature.
When the red potatoes are cooked fork tender inside and have crispy skin, bring out of the air fryer.Serve and enjoy.
