Air fryer baby carrots are tender inside, crisp outer, and delicious. They are healthy, easy, and quick to cook, and makes a great side dish to potatoes, chicken, beef, rice, and other main dishes. Let me show you how to cook baby carrots in air fryer.
Wash the baby carrots. Baby carrots don't need to be cut however, If you want them in smaller size, you can cut them into the desired size.
Pat the carrots dry, add them into a bowl, and add in the seasoning, and oil. Mix till all combined.
Arrange the carrots in the air fryer basket or air fryer tray or rack.

If cutting the baby carrots, cut them into equal sizes to allow for even cooking.
Any other seasoning of your choice can be used on the carrots.
Baby carrots are naturally sweet but if you would like sweeter, you can glaze them with brown sugar or honey in the last 3 minutes of cooking. This will also give them a caramelized coating.
