Notes
TIPS
Use Starchy potatoes like Maris Piper, King Edwards, Red potatoes. These are good for roasting, fluffy inside, and crispy skin when cooked right.
Cutting the cubed potatoes into 2.5cm bite size makes it cook faster than bigger size. If you were to cut bigger, you might have to adjust the cooking time.
Substitute dried herbs for fresh ones.
You can add Italian seasoning if you have or use any seasoning of your choice.
Don't overcrowd the AF basket as if you do, the potatoes will cook unevenly. Spread the cubed diced potatoes in a single layer and don't pile.
If you have the time, soak potatoes for half an hour to cut down on cooking time.
Don't cook at too high a temperature as this will make the outside skin burn without the inside cooked. It's best to cook at a lower temperature for longer.
You can add parmesan, or any toppings of your choice to the potatoes when it comes out of the Air fryer.
Cooking time can vary with brands of air fryers therefore you might have to adjust the timing I have recommended.
