Easy Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients

Beef mince

400g can
Chopped tomatoes

Tomato puree

Bell peppers
chopped

Onion

Garlic

Chilli

Chilli pepper (adjust to suit preference)
chopped

teaspoon
Cumin

Ground coriander

teaspoon
black pepper

Bay leaves

Kidney beans

Stock cubes (beef cubes)

Beef broth or water

Olive oil
Instructions
Add olive oil in a pot then add onions and garlic. Sautee for 2 minutes.
Add in the beef mince and brown the sides.
Pour in the chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, tomato puree, chilli, coriander, stock cubes, cumin, black pepper and other spices.
Add beef stock or water and salt. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Add drained kidney beans and simmer gently for another 10 - 15 minutes.
Take off heat and serve.
