Tips For Making Seasoning For Tilapia

    • Adjust the pepper to suit how spicy you want it.
    • You can substitute Cayenne for black pepper If you want it milder or increase cayenne pepper for a spicier rub.
    • You can add other herbs that go with fish like dill, thyme, sage, and parsley.
    • Use herbs and spices that have long expiry dates so you can store the spice mix for longer.
    • Make in small batches that last no longer than 6 months for the freshest taste.
    • Store in a dry container and away from direct sunlight.
    • Don't pour it directly over a steamy pot to prevent moisture from getting into the spice. Use a spoon to take out of the jar or container then add to the pot.

Thank you for your recipe. A great way to put all of my essential tastes in one seasoning bottle. Hope you don't mind I added a pinch of celery seed, red pepper flakes and ground cayenne to Medium, Kosher Salt, and so called Italian Seasoning.--- when I couldn't find my Parsley. The fish was laid on top of chopped cabbage which had been stir-fried and seasoned with your rub too.
Set pressure at 4 min.,and oops, natural release 12 min. So good, healthful.
