How To Pan Fry Chicken Wings
Here are the step by step directions on how to cook chicken wings on the stove top:
Step 1- Cut the chicken wings into flats and drummettes, clean and pat them dry.
Step 2- Mix the paprika, garlic, onion granules, black pepper, mixed herbs, and salt. Add this seasoning mix to the chicken wings.

Mix till the wings are evenly coated in the seasoning.

Step 3- Place a frying pan or skillet on medium heat, and add oil to the pan.
Step 4- When the oil is heated, arrange the wings in the pan leaving spaces between them. Turn the heat on low and fry wings for 7 minutes then flip the wings and fry for another 7-8 minutes.
When cooked, there will be no blood inside and the internal temperature would be atleast 165F.

Step 5- Drain the oil from the pan or use a kitchen towel to soak up the oil from the skillet. Add butter, garlic, and parsley into the pan and toss the chicken wings in it (skip this step if you prefer the wings simply fried with no sauce).

Take off heat, rest them for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
