Lemon Butter Shrimp Pasta Recipe
This is one of my 15-minute pasta recipes that I like to whip up when I want a tasty dinner with minimal prep.
This pasta with lemon butter shrimp sauce is simple yet flavorful. It is restaurant quality made in the comfort of your home and ready in quick time! Quicker than to order a takeout.
This lemon butter shrimp pasta with tomatoes and spinach recipe is easy, quick, and flavorful.
Ingredients
Shrimp - Cleaned and deveined.
Pasta- I like using long pasta such as spaghetti or linguine for this recipe.
Garlic
Lemon
Paprika
Italian seasoning
Parsley
Black pepper
Spinach
Cherry tomatoes
Parmesan
Olive oil
Step by Step Instructions
1. Boil pasta until it's al dente, reserve ½ cup of pasta water, drain the pasta, and set aside.
2. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the sauce. Add olive oil to a pan, and add the shrimp, paprika, parsley, black pepper, and salt. Stir and fry the shrimp for 2 minutes.
3. Pour in the garlic, cherry tomatoes, Spinach, Italian seasoning, and butter, stir, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add lemon juice, boiled pasta, some pasta water and stir to combine.
5. Take off heat and garnish with parsley and parmesan.
Serve and enjoy.

How To Store
Let the pasta cool completely, pack in an airtight container, and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the microwave or on the stove till warmed through before consuming.
Tips
- I like to use jumbo shrimp but you can use any size for this recipe.
- Adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
- It's best served hot.

- 250 g Shrimp
- 250 g Pasta
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon stock powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cups Spinach
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- Parmesan optional
- Parsley for garnish optional
- Salt to taste
