Air fryers are great for cooking frozen foods to perfection and that's why it's now my favorite gadget not only for cooking meals from scratch but for cooking frozen foods as well.
Once you make frozen roast potatoes in air fryer, you will not go back to cooking it any other way. It is healthier than making it in the oven as the fat from the roasties drips into the Air fryer pan and you discard it after cooking.
Most store-bought frozen potatoes are usually seasoned with at least salt so no need for additional seasoning however you can add if you want to.

Frozen roast potatoes - I used Aunt Bessie's but you can use any brand of frozen potatoes like McCain, Iceland, etc. You can also use this recipe for frozen potato wedges.

How To Cook Frozen Potatoes in Air Fryer
Pour the frozen potatoes into the air fryer basket and spread them out in a single layer if possible and if a single layer is not possible, don't fill more than half of the basket.
Put the air fryer basket in the air fryer and air fry frozen potatoes for 10 minutes at a temperature of 190C/380F.
Bring out the air fryer basket, shake the potatoes, and continue to air fry for another 10 minutes.
When the outer of the potatoes are crispy, browned, and the inside tender, and fluffy, bring out the potatoes from the air fryer.
Serve and enjoy.

Bigger cuts will take longer to cook than the smaller ones. Also cooking at a lower temperature than recommended in this blog post will prolong the cooking time.

To check if the potatoes are cooked, insert a fork in the middle, if the inside is tender and fluffy, and the outer crisp, then it is cooked.

In the fridge: Put it in a sealable container then store it in the fridge where it will keep well for up to 3 days.
In the freezer: Put in a freezer bag or freezer-safe airtight container, label with name and dates then store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
It can be reheated in the oven, microwave, or air fryer.
To reheat it in the air fryer: Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry at a temperature of 180C for 5 minutes or until heated through and crispy.
To reheat it in the oven: Preheat oven to 190C/390F. Spread the potatoes on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and put them in the oven to bake for 5 minutes or until heated through.
To reheat it in the microwave: Put the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate, and put on high settings at 30 seconds intervals till crispy. To maintain its crispness warm it uncovered.
