Seasonings: I like to keep my flavors straightforward with parsley, garlic powder, and onion granules. You can also use Old Bay seasoning for a more convenient option.
Olive oil: Use olive oil or your favorite cooking oil to brush the seasonings on the fillets.

Fridge: Once cooled, transfer the fish to an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
Freezer: If you want to extend the storage time past 3 days, transfer the fillets back to a freezer-safe bag or container. Air fried cod will last for up to a month in the freezer this way.
Reheat: Don’t worry about thawing the fish again. Simply add it straight from frozen to the air fryer, then air fry it at 160C for 4-5 minutes, or until warm all the way through.

- No need to flip the fish during cooking to avoid them breaking.
- Impart new and exciting flavors with seasonings like lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning, Creole seasoning, blackening seasoning, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, or red pepper flakes.
- If you don’t have cod available, don’t worry! Any type of lean white fish fillets can be used. Try tilapia, halibut, or pollock for slightly different textures and flavors.
