Onion granules
Garlic powder
Cayenne or Black pepper

Measure out all the ingredients into a clean dry bowl.
Mix the ingredients (smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, dried thyme, and cumin) together till they are well combined.
Pour the seasoning in an airtight container or spice jar.
It's ready to use or store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
Shake the jar to mix anytime you want to use it.
