Here's how to cook frozen chicken thighs in the oven:
Step 1 - Remove all packaging from the chicken thighs.
Step 2- Add paprika, garlic granules, black pepper, Italian seasoning, stock cube, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil into a small bowl. Mix till well combined.

3- Brush the seasoning mix all over the chicken thighs.
Step 4- Arrange the chicken in a baking dish or a baking tray, put it in the oven, and bake at a temperature of 180C/380F for 60 minutes or till cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165F.

Step 5- Bring out the tray, and rest the chicken for a few minutes before serving.

How Long To Cook Frozen Chicken Thighs
The size of the chicken thighs, the temperature of the oven, and whether the chicken is boneless or bone-in determine how long it takes to cook chicken thighs in the oven. Here is a simple cooking time guide:
Frozen bone in chicken thighs: 60 - 70 minutes at 180C
Frozen boneless chicken thighs: 40-45 minutes at 180C
