Ingredients
Here is what you will need to make air fryer chicken kabobs :
Chicken breast
Onion - Preferably red onion however you can also use brown or yellow onions
Red bell pepper
Yellow bell pepper
Courgette - This is also known as Zucchini
Paprika
Lemon pepper seasoning - Substitute for lemon juice
Parsley
Garlic powder
Onion granules
Black pepper
Salt
Olive oil
How To Make Chicken Kabobs In Air Fryer
Mix the paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, parsley, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, and salt.
Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels and cut them into bite size cubes.
Cut the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and onion into cubes and slice the Courgette.
Add the chicken breasts, the cut veggies, the seasoning, and olive oil into a bowl. Mix till all are well combined.

Thread the chicken and veggies into skewers.
Arrange them in the air fryer and air fry chicken kabobs for 12 minutes at 400F/200C.

Bring them out, and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
