    This air fryer chicken kabobs recipe is made with boneless chicken breast and is simple, quick, and easy. The chicken skewers in air fryer are flavorful, colorful, and delicious. They can be served as appetizers, at BBQs, and parties, or as main to side dishes like rice, couscous, and bulghur.

    With this recipe, you can enjoy air fryer chicken skewers all year round. No waiting for summer or BBQs and you get all the flavors of kebabs minus the smoke all over your eyes from the grill. It's a win-win situation.

    It takes just 12 minutes to cook chicken kabobs in an air fryer with this recipe. Let me show you how.

    Ingredients

    Here is what you will need to make air fryer chicken kabobs :

    Chicken breast

    Onion - Preferably red onion however you can also use brown or yellow onions

    Red bell pepper

    Yellow bell pepper

    Courgette - This is also known as Zucchini

    Paprika

    Lemon pepper seasoning - Substitute for lemon juice

    Parsley

    Garlic powder

    Onion granules

    Black pepper

    Salt

    Olive oil

    How To Make Chicken Kabobs In Air Fryer

    Mix the paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, parsley, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, and salt.

    Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels and cut them into bite size cubes.

    Cut the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and onion into cubes and slice the Courgette.

    Add the chicken breasts, the cut veggies, the seasoning, and olive oil into a bowl. Mix till all are well combined.

    Thread the chicken and veggies into skewers.

    Arrange them in the air fryer and air fry chicken kabobs for 12 minutes at 400F/200C.

    Tips For Making Air Fryer Chicken Kabobs

    • If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes so they don't burn in the air fryer.
    • Chicken breast can be substituted for boneless chicken thighs.
    • If you have tomatoes in the fridge, you can add to the veggies in this recipe.
    • Experiment with seasonings and marinades. Some seasonings and marinades that works well include jerk seasoning, lemon marinade, chicken seasoning.

    • 500 g Chicken breast
    • 1 large Red Bell pepper
    • 1 large Yellow bell pepper
    • 1 small Zucchini
    • 1 large Onion
    • 2 teaspoons Paprika
    • ¼ teaspoon Onion granules
    • ½ teaspoon Garlic granules
    • ¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper seasoning optional
    • 1 teaspoon Parsley
    • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
    • Salt to taste
    • 1.5 tablespoon Olive oil

    Instructions

    • Mix the paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, Parsley, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, and salt.
